Hello viewer, welcome to our youtube channel. Today we will go to Meherpur Boiddonathtola/Mujibnagar/Amrokanon. In this location, first government of Bangladesh was formed and took oath. We have started from Meherpur bus stand. We can take an idea from Google map. Let’s go through the Google map. Viewers, we can see that the distance from Meherpur bus stand to Mujibnogor is 16 kilometers and it takes around 29 minutes to go there. Actual time may differ slightly. The road is a very straight one. If we zoom the area, we can see a yellow lines showing available roads to the destination. One road is going in front of Meherpur Stadium and another one is in front of Meherpur circle office and then straight to Mujibnogor. We followed the later one. Actually, this road seems good to us. This is the main road to Mujibnogor. This road Ended at Mujibnagar. However, we will go through the Monakhali and then through Gourinogor haat leading to Kedargonj and Mujibnagar at the last. Way to Mujidnogor is a very nice one. It seems that it is better than Dhaka Meherpur Highway. It is very smooth and there will be no bumping and jerking of vehicle. We are very near to Mujibnogor. After a few moments, you will see some motorcycle and that will be the front of Mujibnogor. This is not a normal phenomena, we went there in Eid day. This is very natural that there will be many motorcycles of the visitors in eid day. We will park our bike now and then will go insides. This is not a dedicated parking location at all motorbike here and there is no fee for that. As others have kept their motorbikes, we will do the same. However, I am parking the Motorcycle and take you to inside. We are at the top of the memorial complex. You can see a blue map below and canals which indicates the rivers of Bangladesh. You also can see Pakistani military symbols by white human structures. At the end of the map, you will see a water reservoir indicating Bay-of-Bengal. Overall structure is a circular area which is circumferences by a corridor open for visitors. The surrounding area is greenish and beautiful. You can see so many Mango trees. There are so many Mango trees in Mujibnagar and hopefully, this was the reason for naming “Amrokanon”. You cannot see the end of the Mango Garden from one side.
