The Black Cat (Final Creative Writing Project; Edgar Allen Poe Recreation)

The complexity of Man’s brain is farther than any one can fathom. How much more complex can it get after it’s doused with guilt? Won’ t you come inside? For why? The night is just beginning, fetch me the liquor. The doctor said no more, please, come inside. Forget you you insolent wife, I’m going to the tavern. The man was an avid drinker and had a speedy temper. I really can’t stand the man, he’s always throwing fruits at me. I’ve been living with this family for around a year now and the woman is starkly more kind than the man. They’re so loud. That man is always coming home weighted with alcohol. I feel pity for the entire house. Every night I hear glass shattering. Why haven’t you contacted the police yet? Well, I’m too lazy (permamood). 911 wHAt’S yOur EmERGenCy Ugh. *glass shattering* Let’s go find it! It’s in the trash bin… *whoosh* *shink* *shink* I was just minding my own business and he goes on a rampage. I didn’t have to smell the alcohol on his breath to know he was intoxicated. Was I being too dramatic last night? No. Not at all, he’s still roaming around. There’s a lot of tension I must say… The guy’s pretty crazy so I’m gonna give him a break. I’m sure he didn’t mean to stab my eye out. However, he very much intended to stab out the cat’s eye. He had more plans for him in the future. You see, I don’t think there’s a specifically moral reason as to why I decided to do what I decided to do. I just wanted to do it, y’know? The man knew that the cat had loved him despite all the pain he had put him through, he still felt the urge to do the deed. The couple found themselves at a new residence. A slightly shaded and dank apartment that seemed to house copious amounts of dust and silence. I hate it. It’s constantly following me and it’s only endearing my guilt from the last nuisance. I hope my husband doesn’t kill this one! He’s seems kind of more irritated by it than the last one. What’s down here that you need so bad? Just some things that I need to get. Mind your own business though, woman. I’m sure that everything we have left from the fire is upstairs. I’m sure that I put something down here… And you need me and the cat down here? Precisely, what’s that? Huh? Die you mangy thing! Where shall I hide the body? Oh where I store my extra liquor! Perfect! Sir, we are here for a quick inspection. Uh, walk this way? The fool noticed not of the blood encrusted axe sitting on the wall. To her, I was just a regular man and not a raging murderer. Well, everything looks fine. I bid farewell. Okay- wait! Aren’t you gonna check the rest of my house? Nah, I don’t get paid enough. JSfoiJEOufIUFHEI)838rhfnouhekfO328U0HFN It can’t be! Yeah, I’m really surprised the man didn’t notice me crawl onto the woman before walling us both up. I guess he had it coming. …yeah
