get a full body workout. We’re going to show you how to use a few pieces of the equipment.
So I’m doing a standing row. You want to sit with your feet on the pegs and your hands
on the bars. Push your feet down while pulling the bars back towards your body. You want to maintain
a smooth and even movement and if you want a greater challenge just increase the rate
of movement. It’s a simple as that.
