Park. There is a fantastic array of modern fitness equipment here that you can use to
get a full body workout. We’re going to show you how to use a few pieces of the equipment.
>>Lee: First one we are going to do is a pull up. Hands on top, over grasped on top. If
you want to assist yourself again you can, by just pulling up. To modify it, feet on
the ground and jump up. Another one also, turning around and placing
your hands over grasped on here – a simple leg raise. You can put your legs on the ground,
raise up and down. Place it down and relax, start again.
