The first form of the writing is in degrees, the second one is in degrees minutes and seconds. For clarity, let’s see writing of both forms in google maps programm. Google maps will lead you to this point… And you can see both variants of mapping/writing of geographic coordinates. Bottom line is writing of the geographic coordinates in degrees. The top line is the same but in degrees, minutes and seconds. You will see writing of the geographic coordinates in degrees on search line too. There are different tables and formulas to translate one mapping of the geographic coordinates to second one. I won’t detail and stop on it. My navigator and DVR show the first mapping (in degreese).
