[Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] I’m always trying to figure out how to make exercising more fun I have to be honest that exercising can be really boring this way I’m trying to get involved in some outdoor activities just just to make it like more fun and this is supplies for anything being bored in what you’re doing you can definitely kill your motivation to keep doing it like for example if I go to the gym to make some regular exercises and if we stay there for one hour it feels like forever but if I instead go for playing football or basketball you don’t feel like when this one hour is gone it’s the same for for running I cannot imagine going to a stadium in a roomful for one hour is just so boring I cannot force myself doing it but if I go to the mountains in the nature in a beautiful environment then you don’t feel this one hour this is why I’m always trying to play to make it like a game in this case just even just getting outside and and in this beautiful environment and beautiful weather you feel the Sun and you’re cleaning up the snow well I guess this this also brings my my memories back for my childhood this is this is how I spend pretty much every day I will just outside and playing I just enjoy the process and not aiming like a result in this in this training I am aiming to enjoy the process of being outside and to enjoy what I’m doing I love the noise of the nature I love the noise of scratching the ice I love feeling the wind in my face flower exercising and fresh heaven and hearing the bird singing and actually even just cleaning the snow it’s it’s really nice and different exercise something that that you cannot replicate in the gym I really don’t get it when say in the winter someone’s like prefers to to pay someone else to clean up the snow in front of their house and then they pay to go to the gym come on really think about that cleaning up the snow it’s such a good exercise it’s I think it’s much better in many cases than going to the gym and why would you pay for baht for someone to clean up the snow and then you pay to go to the gym if you can just clean up the snow yourself I’m not saying it’s stupid to go to the gym sometimes I do go to the gym sometimes you just have to sometimes you have the facilities there that you need for specific exercises but my point here is that you should go outside and exercise anytime you have the chance to do that for example in this day come on that’s a loved one we have probably the cleanest air in the planet Earth you have the Sun you know when when you get a sunny day here you you you have to appreciate it and and enjoy take advantage of this exercising I interact with nature I reconnect with nature I’m also having this so-called technological detoxication so I switch off my phone and I don’t I don’t want except for my cameras I don’t want any any devices and distractions around me after this kind of day this kind of workout I feel so recharged I feel so energetic and unhappy I don’t feel the same way after going to the gym it’s just different in the gym you cannot go really really creative while outside you don’t have limitations of your creativity like your creativity is your limitation you can make an exercise out of anything you can climb a tree you can chop some rocks you can clean up the snow you can I don’t know it’s it’s really once you go outside and start playing with it’s amazing way to exercise without getting bored and without repeating all over the same exercise I can compare the gym and the outdoor activities also in another way in the sense of state of mind when I go to the gym it’s more like just exercising just going into the routine and you have all these devices and you know pretty much how to use them and it’s good it’s better than nothing it’s it’s really good also to go to the gym but my point here is just when you have the chance is it’s way better to go outside outside I personally often not always achieve this state of mind that it’s hard to explain it just like you go into your floor and you don’t have the feeling and perspective on time passing by and you just you just have this momentum of you have the feeling that everything is just just perfect everything is just so balanced I often achieve this while running in you know when you’re in a good shape and it’s a beautiful weather and you’re running running and then you get into the point that you have the feeling that there is you don’t apply effort to run you just feel so strong you feel like flying this state of mind I can only achieve when I’m outdoor I love interacting with nature in in many ways I suppose sometimes I probably look weird if someone is looking at me what I’m doing for example I’ll click the eyes and I’ll probably eat some snow and I would smell some tree leaves I would touch the Lincoln I find on the trees and well I’m thinking on this like kind of happy and often doing this alone and they’re not other people around because if there are other people around more or less consciously or unconsciously you adjust your behavior according to society’s expectation and you’ll behave in a certain way that it’s socially accepted while when I’m in the forest alone I can truly express myself and I can I can just do whatever I feel doing without without thinking what do other people say doing certain thing it’s just this feeling of freedom to reconnect with nature and to express yourself running barefoot to walking on sands activate every single cell of my body I think in the modern life we are so disconnected from nature and and all this exercises I’m doing outdoor helped me reconnect again and the feeling I achieve is something that I cannot achieve in urban environment [Music] [Music]
