Audrey and Davids Crazy Adventure To Moku Nui/ That YouTub3 Family

– [Audrey] No! Dad, no! No, dad, no! (screams) (laugh) They just keep coming. Hi guys, welcome back
to That YouTube family. – And today Audrey is gonna have us go on an adventure adventure. And if you watched our
last adventure adventure, you know this one’s gonna
be pretty crazy as well. – So we’re gonna kayaking to an island in the back of our beach house. – And look out there in the water, you can see two islands. We’re going to the one on the left. ‘Cause the one on the right is a preserve, and you can’t go to that one. I don’t know how far that is, it’s probably about a mile away. – I went kayaking with Jordan yesterday, and it did not go well. – [David] So that’s why
I’m gonna go with her. But this is a two person sea kayak. And we’re gonna go out in this, and? – Hopefully make it to the island, and maybe see some seals. – [David] Yeah, let’s go check it out. But first we gotta get
this thing in the water, so gotta put the camera down. Alright Audrey, we’re gonna launch it. We found the seats to put in it. Get the oars? – Got water. – [David] Got a bottle of water, hopefully we don’t need
to use more than that. (wind blowing) – [David] Okay, jump in. You gonna be in the front? – Yeah. Woo, here we go! Hop in Dad. – Have to go by yourself. – What? I’d never make it. There’s the island. Oh! There’s the island, it’s way out there. You think we can do it? – Yeah I think we can do it. – Okay, this is something
we’ve wanted to do since we got here,
’cause we saw the island, or the people we rent from
say you can go up to it, you just be careful because you don’t want to go on the rocky side, which you can probably see where all the waves are over there. There’s a current over there, that will pull you very
hard out into the ocean. So it’s very hard to get back and you don’t want to go that direction. So you wanna go just
straight to the island. And the other island is forbidden, you actually will get in
trouble if you go on it. ‘Cause it’s actually a
preserve for some birds. I don’t know which kind, but yeah. Should we see what’s underneath the water? – Sure. – Do you guys wanna see
what’s underneath the water? I’ll just dip the GoPro in the water. – That’s actually pretty cool. – Okay, here we go. (happy music) – Okay, so Audrey’s
gonna help me paddle now, so we’re gonna turn the
GoPro off for a minute. – Okay, ’cause Dad is
working his muscles. (laugh) Okay, bye. Okay, you guys, we’re this close to it. This is where we came from. How you doing steam engine? – Huh? – [Audrey] How you
doing, you’re the steam? – Oh, steam engine? I’m doing alright. Gotta stay away from those
white caps over there. – Yeah we don’t wanna get sucked in. This actually hasn’t taken too long. – We’ve probably been
out here 10, 15 minutes. – Yeah. – Is that a turtle in front of us? It is. Look straight ahead. – [Audrey] Look at the turtle! – [David] It is. – It’s a turtle guys. I don’t know if you just saw, but there was a turtle just then. That was crazy, that was cool. What if that wasn’t a turtle though. What if we saw a shark. – It was a turtle. – Yeah, but like what
if we do see a shark, that’d be scary. – And whack you in the boat. – And whack you with the paddle. – Punch it in the nose. – Yeah you get to go away. That was so cool though. We saw a wild turtle. Almost there, woo! Okay, you guys, look at this massive wave! I don’t know if you guys
can see how big that is, but we’re almost to the island, and we have to get around this giant wave. – [David] It may not look big, but on the water in a little canoe. – [Audrey] I don’t know
if you guys can tell, but those waves are giant. Oh no! Oh no, we’re right in the, oh no! Do you guys see it? I don’t know if they can
tell how big that is though. In real life it’s so much bigger than what it looks like on camera. Oh gosh, we’re gonna
head straight for one. It might be a little bumpy. They just keep forming. – [David] All the waves are kind of going around this island. I think we’re gonna
have trouble with rocks. – [Audrey] Yep. That is coral. (Hawaiian music) – [David] There’s like these
coral shelves right there. When we go over another
shelf you’ll see here. – [Audrey] Okay. – [David] See if we can see any fish. – [Audrey] Did you guys see anything cool? Comment down below. ‘Cause I cannot see underneath the water, so I’m just gonna have to look
at this footage afterwards. – [David] Waves right in front of us now. – Oh! Oh no, oh no! Uh-oh, we’re heading
straight for the waves. It’s just like surfing. – [David] Are we heading for the waves, or are the waves heading for us? – [Audrey] I think the
waves heading for us. Guys look, it’s coming,
it’s coming for us. Paddle, paddle dad! – It’s shallow here, so if you fall in, try to go in flat. – [Audrey] Yeah, ’cause
look at all these rocks. Not fun. Oh goodness. Should I stop the camera? – [David] Here we go! – [Audrey] Here we go guys! – [David] Gotta get past this ridge. – [Audrey] Oh it’s coming! (shrieks) Oh no! Let’s not fall! We’re on top of a rock. – [David] There’s rocks everywhere. – [Audrey] Oh no. – [David] That’s why
there’s waves everywhere. It’s shallow. Uh-oh. – [Audrey] no, no dad, no! (screams) They just keep coming, no!
(screams) (laughs nervously) Oh my gosh. This is like a roller coaster! Everybody put your hands in the air! – [David] Keep your arms inside that ride at all times Audrey. – Have you guys watched
Nim’s Island before? This reminds me of Nim’s Island. – [David] Castaway? – [Audrey] Or Castaway,
I’ve never seen that. Oh that is so cool! – [David] Better put
that away and help me. – [Audrey] Okay. – [David] Both sides, both sides. Go, go! (Audrey shrieks) – [Audrey] It’s been recording! – [David] Is it? – [Audrey] It’s been recording! We made it! – [David] The boat! – [Audrey] The boat! (water splashing) There’s a seal! That’s a seal guys. – [David] That’s a Hawaiian Monk Seal. – [Audrey] That’s so cool. (happy music) – So we made it. We’re on the island! Goodbye kayak. Hopefully you don’t get
knocked out by a wave. This is so cool. We’re the only ones on
the island right now. – [David] Birds and their nest. – Oh this is so cool. There’s some baby birds. (happy music) – Do you guys see that? – [David] They’re all up inside the trees. – [Audrey] This is their nesting area. You can hear them cooing. My goodness, they’re like roor! That’s the sound that they make – These islands used to
be connected at one time. – [Audrey] What? For real? How? – That’s what it says. – [Audrey] That’s cool. Just that one little baby
seal, still in the ocean. It’s a deep sleeper. – [David] Looks kind of fat. – [Audrey] It looks like Owen. – [David] What? Owen? – [Audrey] I don’t know. Owen the seal. – Then call him Owen. – [Audrey] Owen. – Our buddy Owen. – [Audrey] The Mukula Islands,
State Wildlife Sanctuary. Whoa. This is so cool! – Alright we found some big crabs. Kind freaky. Let’s see if I can get
them on camera here. They’re running out to the water. See them? (laugh) – [Audrey] Those are giant! The birds are pterodactyls. – Alright we’re gonna head back. The birds are pterodactyls? – I’m just imagining Jurassic Park. – [David] Great. So the black crabs there were kinda crazy. You saw them? – Yeah I saw them, they’re giant. – [David] Okay, so we got the kayaks moved from the scary spot. I can’t believe we came in on that. To over here on this less scary spot, but still’s gonna be fun. Owen just couldn’t wake up from his nap. Owen just woke up and he has red eyes. Maybe he’s saying goodbye to us. Bye Owen! – [Audrey] Bye Owen! – [David] Sleep tight! Have fun. – Sleep a little longer. – We’re gonna slip out of
here so Owen doesn’t see us. We’re gonna go bye bye. – Owen will attack. – Oh this is not gonna
be easy getting back out. I think it’s easier getting on the island, then it’s gonna be getting off the island. – Yeah definitely. – [David] ‘Cause look,
the waves are pushing in. How are we gonna get out past that? Look! They don’t look big, but when
you’re sitting on the water. – They’re big! They’re big! – [David] They’re big. And this little teeny kayak. Owen just rolled over a
quarter and went back to sleep. – [Audrey] (laugh) that’s insane. – [David] Okay, so we’re gonna
have to turn the GoPro off, as we try to get out. So if this is the last you see of us, then we didn’t make it out. Hopefully you get to see this. Because that means we
will have made it out. – Does sound hard. – [David] We’re gonna go out. Look it breaks right there. Oh goodness, okay, say goodbye Audrey. – Bye! We made it! We did it guys! Bye Owen! – It was like way too easy. – I know. – It’s weird, we just got in, got out. – Yeah, that only took like two seconds. But we were moved fastly, so. – It’s like really calm right here. – It is very calm. Which is weird. – Yeah. – Hopefully there won’t
be any sharks around, any surprises, ’cause that
was like not what we expected. – I’ll take it. – Yeah. – We made it. – Woo! So you guys saw our hike video, our adventure adventure
hike with Dad and I. We went to the World War II
pill boxes here on the island. And I don’t know if you guys
got to see how tall they are. This is what they look like. So that’s them at the
very top of that mountain. – [David] You can see two of them. – [Audrey] It’s the highest
mountain we can see right now. So we went from there to
there, to that island. Yeah, we hiked all the way up there. It actually wasn’t too bad, but it was probably the hardest
condition in wet weather. It was fun though. Okay you guys, bringing you
the new weather forecast. Drizzly, doo doo doo doo doo doo do! Drizzly and soaking wet. Wait, I think those are
two contradicting words. Drizzly? – I think we call it raining. – Raining, look at the sky! (laugh) yeah, I wasn’t expecting
to land in the water, and I haven’t landed in the water, but I’m still soaking wet. – The water’s landing on us. – Yeah the water is falling on us. We’re not falling in the water, the wall, the wall-e’s falling on us. (laugh) we haven’t fallen in the ocean, the ocean’s falling on us. – The sky’s falling on us. – Yeah, the sky is crying. – So, we passed some swimmers, way out in the middle of the ocean. – And they disappeared. – Pretty deep. I hope they’re not going to that island. It’s gonna get dark here
in about 15 minutes. – Swimming to the island
that would be scary. Because those are some giant waves. But look how close we are to the beach. Our house is right there. – Every time I go on an
adventure adventure with Audrey, it rains, so I’m thinking
the next time she says, “Hey Dad let’s go an adventure.” I’m gonna look at the forecast first. Because I need to start
carrying an umbrella. (laugh) – [Audrey] No you need to buy
one of those hat umbrellas. – Audrey seems to attract the rain. – Seriously where I go is raining. – Hey there’s Jody. – Jordan? Where’s Jordan? – Red paddles. – Jordan Jordan, Jordy! (wind blowing hard) – They’re out on the beach. Jordy! Aw she sees us. I don’t know what she’s saying though. Jip a jeh. – [David] (mumbles) – [Audrey] Can you guys spot Jordan? On the GoPro it’s so hard
to see if you guys can see the things I’m seeing. Jordy! – Hi. – [Audrey] Hiya. – How was it? – We saw a seal. A monk seal. – You saw a seal? – [Audrey] Yeah. Owen, Owen the seal. – Turtles out in the water. – Turtles?! – [Audrey] Hi Jake. Awesome. – Okay, well we made it. We hope you guys enjoyed our journey of Audrey and Dad’s
Adventure Adventure Part II. If you’d like to see Part III, well we’re gonna have to figure
out somewhere else to go. – Comment down below
what we should do next! – But don’t expect it soon,
’cause we gotta go back to work and school, but if you guys. – [Audrey] Summer. – If you guys give it 5000 likes, we’ll do an Adventure Adventure part III, at a new location. Until then, we’ll see you guys later. – Bye. (funky music)
