It’s my passion working in recreation. I believe that everybody has the right
to participate and the right to play. As a company we’re trying to
make the world a more active place.
We’re trying to connect people with
the things they love, want and need to do. ACTIVE Net is really built around helping our customers deliver that in their communities. Customers are looking for a solution that’s going to allow them to deliver
their programs, book their facilities, manage their
membership services and provide a point-of-sale solutions. So that they can take miscellaneous cash payments, drop-ins and
make their organizations more efficient. A lot of customers are looking at ways to improve their security. We’re taking on the ownership of hosting that data. ACTIVE Net specifically is designed and
delivered from the clouds. Large organizations can actually access
the system from anywhere with just a terminal hooked up to
the internet. Facility booking is quite a big business for a lot of organizations. Being able to look and say “we’ve got
this facility that is not being booked” and “how can we market to our existing customers?
So that we can get to 100% utilization.” The number one thing that we talk about with
ACTIVE Net is that it increase member engagement. Because there’s lots of tools that you have that are available to not only and see what people
are doing in their facility but there’s a 360 view the member, which allows
staff to get a quick snapshot of everything the member is
involved in at the facility. When a member shows up or a participant shows up and they register and sign up for the activity, we want that staff to know everything about that participant.
We want them to see it’s their birthday today so they can wish them happy birthday. And
really connect, so that they will have a great experience and come back again. If you understand who and
how to market to, and when to market to them and the
best practices around how to put those people through the system at
registration time, Then you’re going to be successful.
And thats the expertise that ACTIVE brings to the table. As we’re designing ACTIVE Net, we really
have the participant at the forefront of our design. We’re thinking about ways that we can reach that participant
as a effectively as possible and make sure your activities are in front of them. The way someone shows up and finds an activity on your website, the way they put it in the cart and will actually buy the activity, that
an expertise and skill set that we have that we want to help you to use.
We know your customer use lots of devices and the Devices are changing so frequently
we want to make sure our product works with everything. It’s really taken the inventory outside the four walls of the organization and really put it in the hands of the users
when they want to access programs. Giving them the ability you go online when they want to. Register for programs when they want to.
Pay when they want to. If you’re trying to drive participation, then ACTIVE Net is a series of tools helping you do that. It’s really that simple. Don’t worry about technology, worry about your customers.
