equivalent to about 6 slices of white bread. Instead, you might want to switch
to black coffee which offers the benefit of caffeine without the extra added

metabolism by 11 percent, improve fat burning, and reduces your cravings. So the
next time you drop by the coffee shop, order a black coffee instead. Number 4 on
our list, sweetened juice fruit juice is healthy. It contains lots of vitamins and
minerals that help improve our immune system, protects us from diseases, and
improve our overall health. The problem comes from pack fruit juices that are
often loaded with huge amounts of sugar to improve the taste. This added sugar
comes with excess calories that lead to unexpected weight gain. The next time you
go shopping for groceries, try to look for a no-sugar-added variant or the unsweetened variant, or better yet make the juice yourself from fresh fruits. You get to
